Amber Cole
Amber Cole is the newly appointed Committeewoman for the 21st Ward. She has strong ties to her community as the Block Captain, Chaplain for the Federation of Block Units, Chaplain for the St Louis City Police Department, and Homicide Ministers Community Alliance, and she is a License and Ordained Minister/Servant of the Gospel. And the position she definitely holds dear to her heart is she is a Mom, Nana, and matriarch to her family and many call her a friend.

James Keys | Vice Chair
James is a lifelong resident of St. Louis. He graduated from Rankin technical college as valedictorian with a degree in Information Technology.
James is the Executive director of network administration for Biomedical Systems.
He and his wife of 30 years, 21st ward Committeewoman Laura Keys have lived in the 21st ward since 1989 and have raised their family of 4 boys there.
